Automatically, once the WP-ONE software is registered, you will receive 90 days of free technical support for questions regarding installation, functionality, etc. An additional one year package is available that includes technical support as well as a free upgrade of FileMaker Pro and WP-ONE if any occur during the year of your support. Once this package is purchased, you will receive login information that will give you access to the tech support website. This new system allows users to sign-in and send their questions or concerns directly to tech support while documenting the date and time it was sent using a trouble ticket system. The ticket will be answered in one business day or less and is traceable by the customer and is documented to see when it was placed, when it was answered, and so forth.
