If you are a technician performing the installation for the user:

• use an account with full administrative privileges
• install TC Command folder at root on local drive
• grant the user full read/write access to folder and files
• enter the user or department head’s email for registration
• do not install remotely on a shared volume
• do not create a Windows shortcut to the database files
• do not use Windows file sharing for TC Command
